My career was far from ‘vanilla’ and in many ways, I’d checked all the boxes that defined a successful career… yet somehow, something didn’t feel ‘right’ or ‘enough’. 

I came to realise my success criteria weren’t actually my criteria – I wasn’t living life on my terms.  

I’d defined success almost by default – adopting a set of standards that I believed were the set of standards for someone like me… someone who was ambitious, independent, a woman who could hold her own in traditionally male dominated industries. 

I set about understanding why these standards had started to not feel right.  I learned and understood my unique strengths and now know the freedom that comes with not constraining myself by the things that aren’t my strengths (my tip – other people have these strengths!).  

What I know is that by working with my strengths I help you to understand yours, explore what could be possible, come up with new and innovative ways to achieve what you may have considered impossible and encourage you to move out of your comfort zone to become the best you can possibly be.  

I now live life on my terms.
