  • Where did I wobble or hesitate?

  • Where could I have shown up differently - for myself?

  • Where did I diminish my point of view, dim my own light, or back away from something I believe in?

  • What patterns or habits kept me from moving?

  • What discomfort did I intentionally avoid? Where did I choose not to engage - even though I knew it mattered?

This is not about shame or blame. It’s about radical self-awareness - the kind that makes you unstoppable.
