For a while now I've been fascinated by the concept of play and creative thinking at work.

How do you define success in your life? When you look at the choices you’ve made in your career, you should be able to identify where your choices have been empowering and where they might have held you back. Are you happy with where you are in your career right now?

How much influence do you have?

It sounds like a simple enough question, but it can be a tough one to answer.

Once you dive into the question, it seems there are so many elements to consider and our answers start to sound like an economist’s – they start with “It depends…”

And it’s true, it really does depend.
