Lucinda Kay

Lucinda is creating impact at her workplace and within her community.

Unaware she has created a strong impact on those around her, Lucinda believes her impact stems from her strong values and beliefs of equality in all aspects of life.

Like so many other women, when Lucinda first entered the workforce, she thought she needed to balance out her own views to be more in line with the business, however now Lucinda stays true to her values and backs her own beliefs.

Standing up for herself and having a voice now comes naturally to her.

In her role as HR Manager at TAG, Lucinda feels her strong values and principles are supported and encouraged. She is always supported in delivering the work that needs to be done, for TAG to continuously improve as an organisation and an employer.

Lucinda was nominated by her colleague Alexe, for always championing women and advocating for what you deserve. Lucinda says that this comes from always thinking back to her younger self and what she was striving for; this is the advice and guidance she leads with.

“Women in Leadership: Achieving an equal future in a COVID-19 world” is this year’s theme for International women’s day.

Lucinda is incredibly passionate about representation of all people in all organisations. She believes that an equal future starts with our organisations and having frameworks in place to encourage and build equality.

We are excited to highlight Lucinda as our first Women of Impact this year. She shows us that creating impact can come in all forms of leadership and to stay true to our beliefs and values.
